This letter is to let everybody at Gateway Toyota know that my recent purchase of a 2009 Toyota Corolla was a pleasant experience. It all started when my wife and I pulled into the parking lot to test drive our new car. An employee asked if we needed any help as we got out of our car. We told him we had an appointment with Jim Dennis, he promptly took us inside the show room and directed us to sit at a table while he would try and locate Jim. A young lady greeted us, whose name was Jordan. She told us Jim was still tied up with a customer and she would assist us until Jim was finished. She immediately set up our test drive, took us to the car, explained to us where everything was in the car and away we went. We were both pleasantly surprised at the easy and smooth riding vehicle it was. Jordan was professional and courteous in handling our purchase. Everyone after Jordan was just as efficient and pleasant in their positions. Jenni, after sale Manager, Mary Ann, customer relations Manager and your finance Manager were all a pleasure. You should be commended in your very efficient operation at Gateway Toyota. It is a far cry from the old way cars were sold. We are 80 year old senior citizens and had many bad experiences in buying a new car. I am looking forward to meeting your Service Manager Bryon when my car has its first service. Again we would like to thank all at Gateway Toyota for a very pleasant couple of hours in our purchase of our car.

I have been a Toyota owner since 1988 and felt compelled to contact you regarding my recent car buying experience with Gateway Toyota in Toms River NJ. In November 2007 I purchased a 2008 4x4 Toyota Tundra CrewMax from Gateway Toyota. My experience with Gateway Toyota and the many employees that had a hand in the transaction was one of the finest customer service experiences I have had in years. The level of attentiveness, follow-up, and professionalism exceeded my expectations in every turn. Although I can specifically mention the impressive work of Tony Lobello, Jim Dennis, and Joe Cala, I must also thank the handful of other employees that were so cordial and accomplished in the performance of their work.

In their actions, the folks at Gateway Toyota demonstrate a tremendous respect for their dealership, for the Toyota brand, and for their commitment to customer service.

I felt it was important to relay this experience. And, as I had hoped -- the Tundra has been terrific.

Trouble developed while on return trip home- was told to bring the car in ASAP. Gateway diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Very happy with this dealer and the work they do.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my new Toyota Sequoia from your dealership. I want you to know that it was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had.

My wife and I first made contact with Gateway Toyota through your Internet Site. Joe Cala promptly called me at home to discuss my needs. His demeanor and professionalism on the phone convinced me to drive the 30 minutes from my home in Howell to your showroom in Toms River.  Once there, both Joe and Jim Dennis treated my wife and I as if we were family.  A great example of this is that they had the car that we were interested in ready (running) for us as we arrived at the dealership.  You'll remember that Friday the 8th was a very cold day.  Having the car warmed up and ready for us made a terrific impression; it illustrated the type of service that we could expect from your dealership if we were to buy there.

Throughout the buying process both Jim and Joe listened to what was important to my wife and I.  They used their knowledge of your products to help guide us to the exact right car based on our needs.

During the negotiations, it was clear that everyone at Gateway was interested in coming to a fair and reasonable conclusion.  At all times, both Jim and Joe handled themselves as sales professionals; taking the time to answer all our questions, and explaining all of our options.  This proved to be a tremendous help to me and my wife as we made the decision that was right for us.

Finally, I would be remiss if I did not point out the exceptionally good job that you did in helping my wife and I finally decide that Gateway is the best place for us to do business.  Your sincerity and willingness to "go the extra mile" to ensure that we were 100% satisfied is what put us over the top.  As a sales professional myself, I recognize someone who is very good at what they do and who takes pride in what they do.  I specifically wanted to write this letter to say thank you.

This past Friday (11/17) I picked up my new 2007 Avalon from Gateway Toyota in Toms River.  Thanks to Affinity's Tom McKenna and Gateway's Martin Radomski it was the finest car buying experience I've ever had.  Tom not only worked hard to get me a great deal ($100 over dealer list), but was also able to get the exterior and interior colors I wanted together with a "must have" safety option (Vehicle Stability Control/Traction Control).

Martin extended himself to call the Toyota factory to get the above safety option installed in the model and color I wanted in a vehicle that was already scheduled for production.  In addition, upon delivery, he provided what we know as the "Affinity experience" in terms of the acceptance process, financing (0% for 36 months), and maintenance/service information.  It was altogether a gratifying experience.

Please extend my appreciation to Tom and, buy copy of this letter, I will provide same to Martin's supervision.  This is the fourth car I obtained through Affinity and I must say the experience just keeps getting better and better.
